Queen's Park still in it
Queen's Park kept the title race alive in Scottish League Two by beating Annan 2-0 at Hampden Park.The Spiders won for the first time in four games to close the gap to leaders Albion to five points with three games left.Two goals in eight first-half minutes saw off Annan, who are now six points off a play-off place.Paul Woods was fouled near the edge of the area in the 37th minute and Sean Burns stuck the resulting free-kick in the top corner of Alex Mitchell's goal.And on the stroke of half-time Shaun Rooney slotted past Mitchell to double the lead.Mitchell kept the score down with second-half saves from Paul Woods and Burns, while at the other end Junior Ogen fired over the bar and Steven Black forced a save from William Muir.
