Josh Windass nets penalty winner as Accrington battle back to beat Cambridge

Shaun Derry's first home game as Cambridge manager ended in a 3-2 defeat against Accrington.Barry Corr gave the U's the lead on 13 minutes, turning the ball home after Mickey Demetriou's angled cross was nodded down by Leon Legge.Accrington were level 16 minutes later through Sean McConville, who powered the ball into the top corner after running onto Tom Davies' ball out of defence.Luke Berry, captain in the absence of Mark Roberts, put Cambridge back in front eight minutes before half-time, firing low beyond Jason Mooney after Ryan Donaldson slipped the ball infield to him.It was 2-2 moments after the break when keeper Chris Dunn dropped McConville's corner and Davies rammed the ball home via the bar.Stanley then went ahead for the first time on 53 minutes through Josh Windass, who beat Dunn from the penalty spot after Legge was adjudged to have hauled down Billy Kee.Harrison Dunk nearly salvaged a point for Cambridge but his screamer was kept out by a brilliant Mooney save.
