Kyel Reid earns Bradford narrow win at Blackpool

Kyel Reid's winner saw Bradford extend their unbeaten run to four games with a 1-0 victory over relegation-threatened Blackpool at Bloomfield Road. The 28-year-old drilled home from the edge of the area nine minutes into the second period to draw the visitors within striking distance of the League One play-off places.Blackpool's Mark Yeates had the first effort on target in the 19th minute with a 20-yard volley which was well held by Ben Williams after his initial free-kick came back off the wall. The Seasiders then had a great opportunity with virtually the last kick of the half as Yeates cut in from the left wing and clipped a deflected effort against the underside of the bar from 15 yards. But the visitors went ahead after 54 minutes as Stephen Darby waltzed through the Blackpool defence before teeing up Reid who hit the ball into the far corner from 15 yards.Blackpool chased an equaliser, with substitute Martin Paterson coming close after 81 minutes, but deep into added time they had defender Will Aimson sent off for a second booking following an altercation with James Hanson.
