Berwick slip to bottom of table after defeat at Stirling

Ten-man Berwick fell to the bottom of Ladbrokes League Two after letting slip a one-goal lead in a 2-1 defeat at Stirling. In a match where all three goals were scored in the first 16 minutes, Berwick drew first blood in the ninth minute when Blair Henderson took advantage of some poor defending from the home side to find the bottom corner from the edge of the area. The lead did not last long, however, as Mark Lamont's cross from the right was met by Ross Smith, whose strong header brought Stirling level four minutes later.Berwick were then reduced to 10 men after 15 minutes when last man Jordan McGregor was adjudged to have fouled Darren Smith in the area. Sean Dickson slotted home the spot-kick which proved enough for the Binos to claim all three points.
