Queen's Park slip-up against Berwick
Queen's Park failed to keep the pressure on the top two as they were held to a 1-1 draw by second-bottom Berwick at Shielfield Park.Despite the home side having the lion's share of possession in the opening exchanges, it was Queen's Park that took the lead after 27 minutes as Ryan McGeever claimed his third goal of the season. The 21-year-old former Falkirk defender won the battle in the air to head Sean Burns' cross into the bottom corner from close range. The Black and Gold struck back five minutes before half-time as Blair Henderson's corner found the head of January signing Brian Martin and neither side made the most of their second-half chances as the spoils were shared.
