David McKenna nets early winner as East Stirling triumph at Clyde
Scottish League Two basement club East Stirling closed the gap on Berwick to just two points with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Clyde at Broadwood Stadium.The visitors got off to the best possible start with a goal after just two minutes, Thomas Orr providing the pass for David McKenna to slot home his ninth goal of the season.Clyde threatened in the 20th minute but Scott McLaughlin's effort was saved by Richard Barnard.Marc Waters was then called into action twice at the other end to keep out efforts from Neil McCabe and Christopher Townsley.Both teams had chances in the second period but East Stirling held on to secure all three points.
