Stefan McCluskey hits hat-trick as Morton ease through in Scottish Cup

Stefan McCluskey's hat-trick eased Morton to a 4-1 victory at Annan in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.Striker McCluskey swept the home side into a 21st-minute lead and struck further goals in the 66th and 68th minutes, with Joe McKee also on target for the Championship side.Annan midfielder Matt Flynn headed a 76th-minute consolation for Scottish League Two side Annan.McCluskey opened the scoring with an emphatic finish following a deft pass from Denny Johnstone, who also set up McKee for Morton's second goal on the stroke of half-time.Rabin Omar pulled a chance wide for Annan early in the second period but Morton pulled further ahead when McCluskey added his second with a low finish after being teed-up by Billy Barr.McCluskey completed his hat-trick two minutes later with a fine angled finish from inside the penalty area before Flynn headed home Smart Osadolor's cross for Annan with 14 minutes remaining.
