The strike proved to be the winner as Lee Carsley's side edged to a narrow victory and maintained their 100% clean sheet record in the youth tournament in Georgia.

England will now face Israel in the semifinals on Wednesday.

The final is scheduled to be held at the Adjarabet Arena in Batumi on Saturday.
