Houston Dash, Racing Louisville FC battle to scoreless draw

The Houston Dash and Racing Louisville FC played to a scoreless draw on Saturday at Shell Energy Stadium despite several close shots from Houston's Diana Ordóñez and Bárbara Olivieri, including a right-footed attempt in the 85th minute by Olivieri that was saved in the center of the goal.

The first half saw a header attempt from close range by Elexa Bahr of Racing Louisville in the first minute go high over the bar following a cross from Carson Pickett. Reilyn Turner had multiple opportunities, as well, but was unable to convert any into goals due to Jane Campbell's excellent goalkeeping for Houston.

Racing Louisville made several substitutions late in both halves trying to break through Houston's defense but found no success against Campbell, who blocked a right-footed shot by Kayla Fischer from the center of the box two minutes into the second-half stoppage time.
