Host Bay FC secured a 3-2 victory over Seattle Reign FC on Saturday. The match saw Bay FC overturn an early deficit and win with a late goal by Joelle Anderson. Kayla Sharples scored one goal and assisted on another.

Alex Loera scored a crucial goal from outside the box in the second half, while Emily Menges provided an assist for Sharples' equalizer. Goalie Katelyn Rowland made several key saves.

The first half ended with Seattle leading 1-0 after an own goal by Sharples.   At minute 48, Sharples redeemed herself by heading home a corner from Menges to level the score at 1-1. Loera's long-range effort found its way into the net following another corner kick.

Seattle's Claudia Dickey had to be substituted due to injury midway through the second half; Laurel Ivory replaced her in goal but  Anderson sealed victory for Bay with her late strike.
