Barbra Banda restores Orlando Pride lead

Barba Banda tucks home the loose ball to put the Orlando Pride up 3-2 vs. the Seattle Reign.

Barbra Banda netted two goals, including the winner, as the Orlando Pride edged Seattle Reign FC 3-2 at Lumen Field on Saturday.

Emily Sams opened the scoring for Orlando with a stunning left-footed shot from outside the box in the ninth minute. Banda doubled the Pride's lead in the 18th minute when she scored via a cross, assisted by Adriana.

Angharad James pulled one back for Seattle with a right-footed shot assisted by Ji So-Yun just before halftime. Bethany Balcer then equalized for the Reign, assisted by Jess Fishlock, early in the second half following a fast break.

However, it was Banda who sealed Orlando's win with her second goal late in the game off a corner.
