Racing Louisville FC, buoyed by the efforts of Taylor Flint, beat the Portland Thorns 1-0 at Lynn Family Stadium on Saturday. Flint's header in the 88th minute secured a crucial victory for Racing Louisville.

Flint's decisive goal was assisted by Janine Beckie following a corner kick. Katie Lund stood firm as Racing Louisville's goalkeeper, making six saves to keep a clean sheet. 

Portland Thorns (9-4-12) struggled to find their rhythm despite multiple attempts from Olivia Moultrie and Payton Linnehan early in the game. Moultrie had three shots but couldn't convert any into goals. 

The win improves Racing Louisville FC's record to 7-7-11 (28 points), providing them momentum heading into their next fixtures.
