Ledoux, Pemberton lift Louisiana Tech past NAIA Wiley 98-52

RUSTON, La. -- Kalob Ledoux had 18 points as Louisiana Tech rolled past NAIA member Wiley 98-52 on Tuesday night. JaColby Pemberton added 17 points for the Bulldogs, while Xaiver Armstead chipped in 15.

DaQuan Bracey had 11 points for Louisiana Tech (2-0).

Exavian Christon closed out the game with a pretty 3-pointer from the corner, his first appearance since collapsing on court early last season.

"It was not planned before the game to play Exavian. It was something we talked about during the game. He has been on a long journey. So appreciative of our fans and the whole community of Ruston for lifting him up. It was special," coach Eric Kokol said.

Travious Grubbs had 17 points for the Wildcats. Greg Gallon added 13 points.

Louisiana Tech plays Creighton on the road on Saturday.
