AL 3B Junior Caminero hit by pitch, exits in third inning

In the third inning of Tuesday's All-Star Game in Philadelphia, St. Louis Cardinals reliever Riley O'Brien hit Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Junior Caminero on the left hand with a 97.6 mph sinker, and the 23-year-old star went right into the AL clubhouse.
