Floyd Mayweather Jr. has revealed he's had talks to return to fighting but refused to say whether it was for boxing or MMA.

Mayweather (50-0, 27 KOs), who hasn't fought since his victory over Conor McGregor in Aug. 2017, hinted at a comeback when he posted videos of himself inside an Octagon.

And now he has gone one step further, admitting there have been talks for another bout.

"Will you guys ever see me in a boxing ring again? I don't know," Mayweather said to Forbes. "We don't know if it's a boxing ring, or maybe an Octagon.

"There've been talks about another multi-billion dollar deal. We'll just see."

Mayweather also posted an edited picture of himself inside an Octagon with McGregor, fuelling speculation the pair will clash again.

Away from boxing and MMA, he's also planning ventures into other sports among other industries.

"What's next for me? New restuarants, NBA team -- I'm thinking about buying an NBA team," Mayweather added. "Of course my real estate portfolio is amazing, billions in real estate.

"We all know that a boxer only makes money when he's boxing. But with New York real estate, you make money when you sleep."
