          The Los Angeles Chargers moved up to the No. 2 spot in the Football Outsiders DVOA ratings this week, passing their crosstown rivals after the Rams fell to the Chicago Bears. That sets up a meeting of the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in our DVOA ratings this Thursday night, or as we call it, the DVOA Bowl. Hopefully, this DVOA Bowl is as exciting as the past two -- that wonderful Rams-Chiefs game from Monday Night Football last month, and a 43-35 win by the Eagles over the Rams a year ago.
