ORLANDO, Florida -- Magic draft pick Mario Hezonja has completed a buyout with European club FC Barcelona and is expected to join his new team in the coming days.
The 20-year-old Hezonja was the fifth overall pick in last week's NBA draft.
General manager Rob Hennigan said Monday that the Croatian player had finalized his buyout with Barcelona, where he played the past two seasons.
Hennigan said last week that he expects Hezonja to play in one or two games during the Orlando Summer League, which begins July 4.
