Moments after reports of Dwyane Wade signing with the Chicago Bulls trickled out, his now-former teammate Hassan Whiteside took to Twitter to express his feelings.

Whiteside's reaction is understandable considering Wade's 19 points per game was second on the Heat last season to Chris Bosh, whose health remains a question.
On top of that, Miami already lost its fifth- and sixth-leading scorers from last season: Joe Johnson (13.4 points per game) and Luol Deng (12.3 points per game), respectively. Johnson went to the Utah Jazz, while Deng signed with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Whiteside was joined by a few NBA players who recognized both the magnitude of Wade leaving Miami and the intrigue for the impending 2016-17 season.
