WWE's Mark Henry decks imposter Rockets mascot with chair at Spurs game

After losing the first game of their Western Conference semifinal series by 27 points, the San Antonio Spurs punched back in a major way against the Houston Rockets in Game 2.

But the 121-96 win wasn't the only drubbing inflicted on the AT&T Center hardwood Wednesday night.

During a break from the game, an arranged scrum ensued between the Spurs' mascot "The Coyote" and an imposter of the Rockets' mascot "Clutch." Following a Clutch punch that sent The Coyote to the floor, WWE's Mark Henry emerged from the crowd with a folding chair in his large hands.

Donning a Spurs shirt, the professional wrestler approached Clutch before jabbing him in the midsection with the chair and then landing a finishing haymaker on the wobbly bear. As the crowd cheered, Henry helped The Coyote to his feet and lifted his paw into the air to signal victory.

Spurs fans are hoping that this small moment of glory, coupled with their team's triumph in the basketball game, will translate into momentum for Game 3 in Houston on Friday.
