WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka remembered on social media

Pro wrestling icon Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka died Sunday at the age of 73. Just two weeks before the death of the WWE Hall of Famer, who was best known for jumping barefoot off a steel cage, a Pennsylvania judge dismissed a murder case against him, ruling he was not competent to stand trial for the 1983 death of his girlfriend.

Snuka, a native of Fiji who grew up in Hawaii, made his final in-ring appearance with WWE in 2009, when he teamed up with fellow legends "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat in a handicap match against Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 25.

A number of current and former pro wrestling stars reacted to Snuka's death on Twitter, including his daughter, WWE superstar Tamina.
