98' Everton 2-2 Spurs. Incredible fightback by Everton,they showed great spirit and it will feel like a win for the Toffees. Defoe and Dawson looked to have put Spurs out of sight but they never gave up and Moyes made an excellent sub, bringing on goalscorer Saha and Yakubu to play two up front. Cahill's equaliser saw Goodison Park erupt and the penalty miss saw noise levels go through the roof. Great performance from young Coleman, he'd be my man of the match. |
