Doris's day for Stirling

Steven Doris scored the winning spot-kick after a dramatic 25-penalty shootout saw Stirling Albion snatch Scottish Cup third round glory following a 2-2 draw with Hurlford United.Stirling goalkeeper Callum Reidford saved Jamie Wilson's sudden-death spot-kick before Doris stepped up to book the Binos a fourth-round tie at home to Raith Rovers.Doris had already scored twice to bring Albion level at Forthbank - once in normal time and the second in the 116th minute. Those goals came after Ross Robertson had netted in the 15th minute for Hurlford before Stewart Kean thought he had clinched victory for the Scottish Junior Cup holders. However, Doris's extra-time leveller brought about penalties for an exciting finale to the replay as the midfielder kept his cool to see the new management team of Stuart McLaren and Martyn Corrigan begin life at the helm with cup success.
