Queen's on the up
Queen's Park moved within two points of leaders Arbroath with a comfortable 2-0 win against Clyde in Scottish League Two.Defender Shaun Rooney headed the visitors in front on four minutes when he met a Darren Miller corner. Clyde goalkeeper Alan Martin then pulled off a brilliant save to prevent Miller's 25-yard free-kick from curling into the top corner.Martin was on hand again to parry midfielder Ciaran McElroy's header before Queen's Park extended their lead. Some hesitant defending by Clyde from McElroy's low cross allowed Shaun Fraser to slam home on 66 minutes.
