Elgin see off Clyde
Goals from Darryl McHardy and Brian Cameron gave Elgin a 2-0 win at home to Clyde.McHardy latched onto a pass from Daniel Moore and tucked the ball away from close range after 11 minutes.Clyde were denied an equaliser when Ross Laidlaw held David Gray's shot from just inside the area.Mark Nicolson could have doubled Elgin's advantage before the interval but Clyde keeper Alan Martin just about kept out his drive.But Cameron wrapped up the points when he coolly tucked the ball past Martin with seven minutes remaining, and Clyde finished the game with 10 men after Steven McDougall's late red card.
