Pollock strike enough for Clyde
Jamie Pollock's late goal secured a surprise 1-0 win for lowly Clyde at play-off hopefuls Annan.Pollock latched onto Brian McQueen's pass and crashed in a superb finish to snatch the points with three minutes remaining.Annan's best chance arrived early in the first half when Peter Watson headed straight at visiting goalkeeper Alan Martin.David Marsh could have fired Clyde into a first-half lead but he blazed over the bar from close range.Athletic keeper Alex Mitchell was kept busy after the break, twice saving from McQueen who also headed a corner wide.Jack Breslin was denied by Martin and Steven Swinglehurst headed too high from a corner before Pollock's late winner.
