Andy Ryan scored twice as Arbroath sealed their third Scottish League Two victory in a row to further compound rock-bottom East Stirling's woes.Ryan netted in both halves and won the penalty, converted by Robert Linn, that saw East Stirling defender Conor Greene dismissed in the 51st minute as the Red Lichties cruised to a 4-0 victory. The visitors, buoyed by wins over East Fife and Stirling in the last couple of weeks, started strongly and went ahead in the seventh minute thanks to Ryan's low effort. The Arbroath striker then saw his strike from his own half clatter the crossbar as East Stirling somehow went in at the break trailing by a solitary goal.Craig Tully's men left themselves with a mountain to climb just after the resumption as last man Greene was dismissed for a foul on Ryan inside the area, with Linn duly dispatching the spot-kick.Ryan then slotted home in the the 56th minute and his replacement Martin Grehan added gloss to the scoreline 12 minutes from time.
