Stiven Mendoza hat trick inspires Chennaiyin FC against FC Goa

Stiven Mendoza scored a hat trick as Chennaiyin FC beat FC Goa 4-0 to claim their first win of the 2015 Indian Super League season.

Mendoza broke the deadlock after just 10 minutes when he latched on to Elano's pass before scoring beyond goalkeeper Andrade.

Elano then got his name on the scoresheet before half-time, turning in from Jayesh Rane's assist at the Jawarharlal Nehru Stadium.

Mendoza's second of the match came in the 62nd minute as the forward chipped home in style.

The Colombian's hat trick was completed when he made it 4-0 with an emphatic volley.
