Wahbi Khazri penalty helps Tunisia defeat Libya
Tunisia won their second game to open their World Cup qualifying group campaign with a 1-0 win over Libya in neutral territory in Algeria on Friday.
Ali Salama received his second booking in the 49th minute for bringing down Tunisia striker Taha Khenissi in the box.
Sunderland's Wahbi Khazri converted the penalty and Tunisia held on for the three points, keeping them atop Group A following their opening 2-0 win over Guinea.
