Bay FC secured a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over San Diego Wave FC on Friday at PayPal Park in San Jose, California.

Bay overturned a first-half deficit thanks in part to standout performances from Scarlett Camberos, who netted the equalizer in the second half, and Kiki Pickett. An own goal by San Diego's Hanna Lundkvist at the 87th minute sealed the win for Bay.

Pickett not only assisted on the tying goal but also played a pivotal role in midfield control throughout the game. Goalkeeper Katelyn Rowland was solid between the posts.

The game's turning point came early in the second half when Camberos scored with a right-footed shot from the center of the box after receiving an assist from Pickett at minute 55. This shifted momentum toward Bay and set up a tense final period in which both teams fought for dominance.

San Diego initially took control of the game with Kyra Carusa's left-footed strike following a corner kick at minute 23. However, the Wave were unable to maintain their lead as injuries forced substitutions that disrupted their rhythm.
