LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Kris Bankston came off the bench to score 11 points to carry Arkansas-Little Rock to a 56-52 win over Texas-Arlington on Thursday night.
Rayjon Tucker had 11 points and 10 rebounds for Arkansas-Little Rock (10-15, 5-7 Sun Belt Conference). Nikola Maric added 10 points and eight rebounds. Deondre Burns had 10 points for the hosts.
Arkansas-Little Rock totaled 30 second-half points, a season low for the team.
Brian Warren had 10 points for the Mavericks (12-13, 8-4). Jabari Narcis added 11 rebounds.
