NORFOLK, Va. -- Yoro Sidibe recorded 17 points and 11 rebounds to carry Norfolk State to a 100-59 win over Division III Greensboro College in a season opener on Tuesday night.
Steven Whitley had 16 points and six rebounds for Norfolk State. Devante Carter added 11 points and six assists. Jermaine Bishop had 11 points for the Spartans.
Michael Phifer had seven rebounds for the Pride and Eric Peaks Jr. was their leading scorer with seven points.
