Montana State defeats Northwest Indian 103-63 in season opener
BOZEMAN, Mont. -- — Robert Ford III's 15 points helped Montana State defeat Northwest Indian 103-63 on Monday night.
Ford also contributed five assists and four steals for the Bobcats. Patrick McMahon was 6 of 8 shooting (2 for 3 from 3-point range) to add 14 points. Brandon Walker had 13 points and was 5 of 7 shooting, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 1 for 3 from the line.
Mycole Rodriguez led the way for the Eagles with 20 points and eight rebounds. Northwest Indian also got 16 points and eight rebounds from Trazil Lane. Ryan Pate also had 12 points and six rebounds.
