HARRISONBURG, Va. -- — Terrence Edwards' 20 points helped James Madison defeat Marshall 67-52 on Saturday night.

Edwards also added five assists for the Dukes (17-2, 6-2 Sun Belt Conference). Noah Freidel added 14 points while going 4 of 9 from the floor, including 3 for 7 from 3-point range, and 3 for 4 from the line, and he also had eight rebounds. Jaylen Carey had 10 points and finished 5 of 6 from the field.

Kamdyn Curfman led the Thundering Herd (9-11, 4-3) in scoring, finishing with 23 points. Kevon Voyles added 11 points and six rebounds for Marshall. In addition, Wyatt Fricks had seven points and two steals.
