NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- — Marcus Fitzgerald Jr. scored 18 points as Tennessee State beat Austin Peay 69-65 on Saturday night.
Fitzgerald shot 6 for 11 (2 for 5 from 3-point range) and 4 of 7 from the free throw line for the Tigers (6-3). Christian Brown scored 17 points while going 4 of 8 and 9 of 9 from the free throw line.
