Wofford wins 99-98 over High Point on Corey Tripp's two free throws with just over a second left

SPARTANBURG, S.C -- — Corey Tripp made two free throws with less than two seconds to play and Dillon Bailey had 20 points in Wofford's 99-98 victory over High Point on Saturday.

Bailey shot 5 for 11 (3 for 8 from 3-point range) and 7 of 9 from the free throw line for the Terriers (2-0). Kyler Filewich added 12 points while going 6 of 7 and 0 of 3 from the free throw line, and he also had five rebounds. Tripp shot 4 for 13, including 2 for 6 from beyond the arc to finish with 12 points.

Duke Miles led the Panthers (1-1) in scoring, finishing with 25 points and five assists. Kimani Hamilton added 23 points and nine rebounds for High Point. Kezza Giffa also had 21 points.

Both teams next play Tuesday. Wofford visits Tennessee and High Point plays Queens on the road.
