UAB defeats Furman 92-86
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- — Yaxel Lendeborg's 19 points helped UAB defeat Furman 92-86 on Saturday night.
Lendeborg added 10 rebounds and five blocks for the Blazers (4-2). Javian Davis scored 17 points and added six rebounds. Eric Gaines finished with 13 points.
Marcus Foster led the way for the Paladins (3-3) with 27 points and two steals. Pjay Smith Jr. added 15 points for Furman. In addition, Tyrese Hughey finished with 14 points.
