Grambling secures 63-57 win over Southern
BATON ROUGE, La. -- — Terrence Lewis had 16 points in Grambling's 63-57 victory over Southern on Saturday night.
Lewis shot 7 for 8, including 2 for 3 from beyond the arc for the Tigers (14-13, 11-3 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Tra'Michael Moton added 13 points while shooting 5 for 12, including 3 for 5 from beyond the arc, and he also had five rebounds and three steals.
The Jaguars (16-11, 10-4) were led in scoring by Brandon Davis, who finished with 12 points. Southern also got 11 points and six assists from Tidjiane Dioumassi. Jordan Johnson also had nine points.
