OREM, Utah -- Brandon Averette scored a career-high 23 points as Utah Valley topped Grand Canyon 92-80 on Saturday in front of a season-best crowd of 6,600.

Isaiah White added 15 points and seven rebounds for Utah Valley (11-17, 5-8 Western Athletic Conference), which swept a regular-season series from the Antelopes for the first time since the 2014-15 season. Casdon Jardine added 14 points, Jamison Overton had 12 and TJ Washington had a career-high 13 assists plus 4 points.

Utah Valley posted a season-high 26 assists on 29 field goals.
