Pullin's 29 power Iowa Wolves past Rip City Remix

Zyon Pullin scored 29 points and was one of four starters to score at least 22 as the Iowa Wolves defeated the Rip City Remix 136-117 on Wednesday night at the Chiles Center in Portland, Oregon.

The Wolves led the entire game, completing a two-game road sweep of the Remix.

Jalen Crutcher contributed 23 points and seven assists, and Nate Santos scored 22 points on seven 3-pointers. Off the bench, Dajuan Harris Jr. scored 11 points and Nojel Eastern added 10. Iowa set a season high with 47 points in the first quarter and finished the first half with 79 points, another season best.

Despite the loss, six players scored in double figures for the Remix (14-12). Caleb Love led the team with 26 points and five assists. Jayson Kent, who recently signed a two-way contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, finished with 20 points, matching his season high with five 3-pointers. The Wolves never trailed and led for every minute of the back-to-back set against Rip City. Though the Remix mounted a comeback in the third quarter, cutting an 18-point halftime deficit to as few as six points twice, the Wolves' high-paced offense consistently answered to maintain control and secure the victory.
