Roethlisberger, Conner hurt as Steelers fall to 0-2

The Steelers dropped to 0-2 after their fourth-quarter rally fell short in Sunday's home opener against the Seahawks. To make matters worse, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and James Conner both exited with injuries.

Mason Rudolph in the second half: 12-of-19, 112 yards, two touchdowns, one interception (off a Donte Moncrief drop), 92.5 passer rating. Clean debut for the second-year QB.

The Steelers' defense looks refreshed after the New England beating, containing the Seahawks' playaction and sacking the elusive Russell Wilson four times. But the offense still hasn't put together a lengthy touchdown drive through six quarters of the season. Ben Roethlisberger still looking to unlock the big plays downfield, and the Steelers can't get JuJu Smith-Schuster loose. They should get creative in finding their top receiver in the second half.

Ben Roethlisberger has returned to the sideline. He left the field briefly. Appeared to hold his throwing forearm/elbow area after a throw on the last drive. But it seems like he's going to keep playing.

Jeremy Fowler ESPN Staff Writer

Stephon Tuitt looking every bit like the $60-million man the Steelers signed two years ago. Tuitt's never had more than 6.5 sacks in a season, but the explosiveness has always been obvious. He's been winning consistently up front against Seattle with 1 1/2 sacks.

Jeremy Fowler ESPN Staff Writer

Devin Bush with the one-handed concentration pregame. The Steelers need a productive outing from Bush, who will be tasked with containing Russell Wilson.

Terry Bradshaw says he 'can't stand' guys like AB

Steelers Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw says he "can't stand players" like Antonio Brown and wishes Pittsburgh would have gotten rid of the wide receiver "a long time ago."

Steelers OC Randy Fichtner said early run-game struggles got him away from it in New England, needs all receivers to pick up the slack at the No. 2 receiver spot opposite JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Steelers' Moncrief will play through finger injury

Coming off what he called "probably my worst game ever," Steelers receiver Donte Moncrief said he won't take time off despite playing with a dislocated finger suffered in training camp.

Jeremy Fowler ESPN Staff Writer

Coming off what he calls “my worst game ever,” Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Donte Moncrief will continue to play through a dislocated finger suffered in training camp. "(Ben Roethlisberger) is depending on me and I've got to make plays for him, hurt finger or not."
