Fantasy stock watch: Which Eagles can you trust?

From Super Bowl champions to a likely losing follow-up season, Philadelphia Eagles fans still have no right to complain. The franchise gloriously and improbably won it all in February, only 10 months ago. The current team will not, and it certainly has frustrated fantasy managers for myriad reasons. Another reason came on Wednesday when reports surfaced that franchise quarterback Carson Wentz has a back injury -- and has for a while -- and could miss not only the Week 15 game, but the rest of the season as well.

Eagles stock in fantasy is certainly down from where it was in the first month of the season, and the biggest problem has been, tight end Zach Ertz aside, a lack of consistency. One week the team features running back Josh Adams, the next it does not. The game plan boggles the mind at times. Golden Tate comes over in a trade from the Detroit Lions and his usage is modest one week, below that mark for several others. Wentz sits out the first two weeks recovering from a shredded knee, averages more than 20 fantasy points for a six-game span and then, he falls short of 20 points in the next four games.
