Ex-Georgia Tech AD Homer Rice, 'the best leader,' dies at 97
Homer Rice, who as AD hired some of Georgia Tech's most successful coaches and implemented the Total Person Program that's since been hailed as groundbreaking, died Monday at the age of 97.
