Dartmouth coasts to 33-10 win over Brown at Fenway Park
BOSTON -- Jack Heneghan threw for 263 yards and two touchdowns, both hauled in by Hunter Hagdorn, and Dartmouth cruised to a 33-10 win over Brown at Fenway Park on Friday night.
Ryder Stone ran in a 10-yard touchdown early in the second quarter to put Dartmouth up 13-0, Jarius Brown returned an interception 27 yards for a score in the third and David Smith kicked two field goals for Dartmouth (7-2, 4-2 Ivy League).
Heneghan was 21-for-31 passing, with a 27-yard TD throw to Hagdorn in the first quarter and a 16-yarder with 56 seconds left in the opening half to make it 23-3.
Brown (2-7, 0-6) was held to just 28 yards rushing and 264 overall in a game played at Boston's iconic baseball venue, which is hosting three college football matchups this season.
Thomas Linta threw for 236 yards, including a 29-yard touchdown throw to Jaelon Blandburg late in the fourth. Ben Rosenblatt had a field goal for the Bears late in the second quarter.
