ALCS: Game 4 pregame notes

• CC Sabathia will make his eighth career playoff start and his third this postseason tonight against the Angels. He's 2-0 with a 1.23 ERA in two starts this postseason and overall is 4-3 with a 5.45 ERA in seven career playoff starts.

• Scott Kazmir will make his seventh career postseason start -- his second in this year's playoffs -- when he opposes Sabathia tonight. He got a no-decision on Oct. 11 in Game 3 of the American League Division Series against the Red Sox, a game the Angels won 7-6 to sweep the series. In six career postseason starts, Kazmir is 1-1 with a 4.83 ERA.
