Illinois-Chicago defeats Howard 97-58

CHICAGO -- Karl White Jr. scored a game-high 20 points and Josh Mayo added 18 to help Illinois-Chicago defeat Howard 97-58 at UIC Pavilion on Saturday.
The Flames (8-4) staged a balanced offensive attack with four players in double digits. Jovan Ignjatovic came off the bench to add 13, and Robert Bush and Jermaine Dailey both had 10.
Illinois-Chicago went into the half with a commanding 57-26 lead.
The Bison (3-9) were lead in scoring by Kandi Mukole, who came off the bench to score 15. Kyle Riley chipped in 12, and Theo Livingston and Paul Kirkpatrick each had 10.
