Masson earns Montrose win

Montrose secured back-to-back league victories on the road thanks to defender Terry Masson's second-half winner.Masson converted from inside the penalty area in the 59th minute to leave bottom club Clyde still waiting for a home league win this season.Clyde, who have taken just four points from their first six matches, found themselves behind in the sixth minute when midfielder Garry Wood headed the visitors into the lead.The home side responded with an equaliser through Kevin Watt five minutes later when the striker despatched Scott Durie's cross with a neat right-footed finish.Clyde matched their opponents during the second period, but fell behind when Masson was on hand to fire home his second goal of the season.Midfielder Andy Gibson went close to an equaliser for Clyde in the 76th minute but pulled his shot wide of the post, while home striker Ross McKinnon missed the target when well placed in the 81st minute.
