No stopping rampant Arbroath

League Two leaders Arbroath consolidated their place at the division's summit as they thrashed hapless East Stirling 4-0 at Gayfield Park. The hosts made it three wins in a row, with 10 goals in those trio of victories, to stay five points clear at the top.Defender Aldin El-Zubaidi put them in front after 20 minutes with a powerful header from Adam Hunter's pass. Robert Linn doubled the advantage before the break when he smashed an effort into the top corner after being set up by forward Simon Murray inside the area. Substitute Kevin Buchan then finished from close range after latching onto Dylan Carreiro's pass 16 minutes from time to further extend Arbroath's lead. And East Stirling's misery was complete six minutes later when Murray linked up well with Buchan before lashing home to cap off a comprehensive win.
