Bastia play out goalless draw at home to Lorient

Bastia endured a frustrating night at the Stade Armand Cesari as some wasteful finishing saw them draw 0-0 with fellow mid-table side Lorient.The hosts enjoyed the best of the first-half opportunities but Floyd Ayite was denied by Benjamin Lecomte's outstretched boot after touching Francois Kamano's delivery goalwards.Bastia could have taken the lead early in the second half too but Brandao failed to score from just a couple of yards before Gael Danic saw his point-blank effort on the follow up kept out by another impressive Lecomte stop.Bastia's luckless evening continued as Danic finally beat Lecomte with an effort from Ayite's clever pass but his effort came back off the post.
