Bromley hammer Torquay at Plainmoor
Bromley returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion with a 4-0 Vanarama National League victory over struggling Torquay at Plainmoor. The away side took the lead four minutes before the break as Louis Dennis picked up the ball inside the 18-yard box. He had an initial shot held out by goalkeeper Ryan Clarke but tucked home the rebound to give his side a narrow half-time advantage with his 12th goal of the season.Adam Mekki doubled the Ravens' advantage after 65 minutes as he slotted his low strike past Clarke and into the bottom corner.Summer signing Luke Wanadio made it 3-0 eight minutes later after some poor defending in the Torquay box, while Josh Rees tapped in from close range to put the score beyond doubt with 10 minutes remaining to leave the Gulls stranded at the bottom.
