Adrien Rabiot opened the scoring in the 21st minute, and an own goal from Lucas Deaux doubled PSG's advantage.
However, Guingamp lessened the gap in the 33rd minute thanks to Marcus Thuram's penalty.
In the second half, Javier Pastore extended PSG's lead only for the visitors to again strike back with another penalty, this time scored by Yeni N'Gbakoto.
